Although we are not meeting for yoga, Brandon and I are grateful that we can continue to serve our community and friends through the nutritional, bodywork and frequency balancing aspects of our businesses.

OTHER REMINDERS FOR YOUR HEALTH!

Other tips I have focused on for me to stay healthy! Help our immune system to function optimally by getting enough sleep, incorporate naps, manage stress by doing breathing techniques or walking in nature, eating an abundance of green vegetables, plenty of filtered water, shift worry to thinking about what we are grateful for and staying connected with each other.  Oh, and self-care like bodywork with Brandon 🙂

GENTLE Yoga: Each 6 Week Yoga Series

Appropriate for all age students and no prior yoga needed. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a towel or yoga mat. I offer therapeutic style yoga stretches, calming breathing techniques and guided restorative relaxation to facilitate a Whole Body Approach to Natural Healing.

In my classes, my intention is to create a safe space for healing physically and emotionally. Come join us to reduce pain, improve flexibility, gently build strength, reduce stress, restore and allow healing. My classes also are designed to aid with depression, anxiety, grieving, PTSD and cancer recovery.

Instructor Jade Morton will help you feel confident to begin yoga or refine your current practice. Become familiar with safe alignment and modifications helpful for your body including chair variations. We will finish with a guided relaxation, allowing you to connect to your peace within.

I share my story with others with the intention of sharing HOPE!

What is most important to you? For me, my health is most important…

I didn’t realize the value of my health until it is was gone… I was raised on a ‘Standard American Diet’ and in my 30s had a job that was high stress. Lack of nutrition and lots of stress was breaking my body down. I was medicated for pre-diabeties and had adrenal fatigue. In 2010, I had gained 40 pounds in approximately three months… I was also diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease which is an autoimmune disease that destroys the thyroid. I was told this was a permanent condition and given a prescription to take the rest of my life.

That day changed my life! I was the 1 in 10 that decided to make Life Style changes! I never filled the prescription but instead started healing my body with nutrition and began to de-stress with yoga. I was able to heal my body from all diagnosis and now I am passionate about helping others!

Classes include gentle therapeutic yoga stretches, breathing techniques and restorative relaxation to facilitate a Whole Body Approach to Natural Healing. Jade’s classes gently build strength, support the connective tissue including fascia, helps release chronic contractions, calms nervous system and promotes healthy body alignment. Each class focuses on a Chakra Energy Center and ends with restorative relaxation. Appropriate for all age students. *No prior yoga needed.
