Healthy Lifestyle Series- Four Weeks to a Healthier You: TBA
Holistic Program to help you regain your health, prevent disease and transform your life! This class will give you the tools you need to make informed decisions and inspire you to create a sustainable healthy lifestyle for you and your family! This series is also a great SELF-CARE program for Care Givers and Human Service Providers. $55

Instructor Theresa “Jade” Morton will guide you through easy step by step ways to improve your health. These holistic fast track programs will give you the tools you need to make informed decisions and inspire you to create a sustainable healthy lifestyle for you and your family.
Would you like to naturally increase your energy, maintain a healthy weight, improve your heart health, lower cholesterol, detoxify the liver, build your immune system, regulate blood sugar, reduce pain, and work toward your overall health?
Theresa works with clients individually and in group settings to bring health and peace into their lives by teaching healthier food choices, stress management skills, yoga and wellness counseling.
She shares this gift of knowledge and health after overcoming her own health crisis and studied to become a Holistic Health Counselor through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Theresa is also a Registered Yoga Teacher and will be sharing the healing benefits of yoga through breathing and relaxation techniques.
Private Sessions and Health Wellness Packages are available for customized sessions to address client’s individual needs and goals toward well-being.
